Center Admin

• Welcome guest, parents, students at Kumon Math teaching Center
• Answer phone call, receive Parent request and execute
• Collect tuition fee, control center money as company procedure
• Make payment request, control invoice and other document
• Support some task for HR: distribute HR announcement, welfare claim, other HR document sent to center
• Control taxi card, electric & water index, check center condition and send Maintenance request to office if any
• Control document delivery with supplier
• Controlling Stationary in Center: arrange, distribute and order if any
• Check Student document (Kumon Worksheet): count, stock and order if any
• Make some reports relating to Student number, student control, Student enrollment presentation
• Other task to make center operation be in the best service 

• Female, 22 – 26 years old
• College/University graduated
• Good communication, Neat appearance
• Can use basic English
• Good Office computer skill (Word, Excel)
• Love children and good customer service skill
• Serious thinking and serious working manner
• Highly responsible, careful, hard-working, good health and able to work under pressure
